Job summary

Bolton Valley seeks a Free Ride Snowboard Coach to instruct snowboarders of all ages at intermediate to advanced levels. You will contribute to a fun learning environment and assist in coordinating the ski and ride department, including scheduling, bookings, terrain parks, facilities and POS duties.

The role requires teaching ability, safety focus, and ongoing participation in clinics; it is a full- time seasonal position with outdoor and indoor duties across weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Patience and a love of teaching and the outdoors.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and safety awareness.
• Background check required to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Instruct snowboarders of all ages at intermediate/advanced levels.
• Teach proper technique appropriate to ability level.
• Promote safety and ensure students remain safe after lessons.
• Assist in scheduling, booking, coordination and POS duties.
• Participate in clinics and ongoing training; attend required exams.
