Job summary

SnowWorX is seeking an experienced Snow Route Supervisor / Plow Truck Operator for Wilkes-Barre–Kingston–Dallas, PA. The role pays $36–$40 per hour, seasonal and on-call, with a company truck equipped with a plow and salter.

You’ll work on a route of multiple commercial properties and respond quickly during snow events. You will operate plows and salters, perform light sidewalk clearing, manage work orders via smartphone, and coordinate with dispatch.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a plow truck and salter on commercial properties.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• On-call availability for the entire winter, including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plow parking lots, drive lanes, entrances, and designated areas.
• Operate the salter and perform snow and ice service as directed.
• Shovel small sidewalks and entrance areas during lighter storms.
• Complete every assigned property to company standards and report progress or problems to dispatch.
• Use your smartphone to complete company job work orders, record service information, submit required photos, and communicate with the team.
• Check your assigned truck and equipment and report damage or mechanical issues promptly.
