Job summary

SnowWorX is seeking an experienced Snow Route Supervisor / Plow Truck Operator for the Oneonta–Cobleskill, NY area. This seasonal, on-call position offers $36–$40 per hour and includes a company truck with a plow and salter, plus a fuel card.

Responsibilities include plowing lots, operating the salter, basic sidewalk clearance, and updating dispatch via company work orders on your smartphone. You must be available through the winter and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a plow truck and salter on commercial properties.
• Reliable on-call availability for winter events, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record for company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Plow parking lots, drive lanes, entrances, and designated areas on your route.
• Operate the salter and perform snow/ice service as directed, with return visits when needed.
• Shovel small sidewalks/entrances during lighter storms as part of the role.
• Complete properties to company standards and communicate progress to dispatch.
• Use a smartphone to submit work orders, upload photos, and coordinate with the team.
• Inspect truck/equipment and report any damage or issues promptly.
