Lindgren Landscape in Northern Colorado is seeking winter snow operations staff for part-time seasonal roles with the potential to become full-time in spring. Positions include Plow Truck, Skid Loader, Front-end Loader, and Specialty Sidewalk Equipment Operator. Salary range is $30-$50 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Hours vary; weekends may be required for workload. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of snow removal experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment safely in all weather conditions.
• Disperse salt or other products to prevent slips.
• Meet service level objectives as set by supervisor.
• Work long hours in extreme conditions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
