Job summary

Landmark Landscapes is seeking skilled seasonal snow operators and sidewalk crew to join our Seasonal Snow Team from October 1 to April 30. You will operate loaders, plows, skid steers, and snow blowers to keep roads, lots, and walkways clear.

Starting wage is $32 per hour based on experience; some roles may pay less for inexperienced operators. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work long hours outdoors in cold, and have 2–3 years of heavy equipment experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in cold weather.
• 2–3 years of heavy equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run loaders, plows, skid steers, and snow blowers to clear snow from lots, roads, and walkways.
• Spread salt/ice melt to keep surfaces safe and accessible.
• Be on-call 24/7 during storms when required.
• Work with other operators to clear snow efficiently.
• Log work using a mobile app.
