Job summary

Russell Landscaping Inc. is seeking reliable Plow Truck Drivers and Salt Truck Operators for our Winter Operations Team.

You will operate plow trucks and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from roads, lots, and walkways, and respond to snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CDL Class B or higher preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CDL Class B or higher preferred; clean driving record.
• Ability to operate plow trucks and salt spreaders safely.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in winter.

Responsibilities

• Operate plow trucks and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from roads, lots and walkways.
• Monitor weather and respond to snow events, including nights and weekends.
• Maintain logs of routes, materials and hours worked.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Assist with manual snow removal when needed.
