Job summary

Bozeman Site Services is hiring dependable Snow Shovel Crew Members for the upcoming winter season in Bozeman, MT. You will join a snow operations team clearing sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other pedestrian areas to keep the Bozeman area safe and accessible.

Schedules vary with weather; shifts may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This seasonal, hourly role runs roughly from November 1 through April 30, with training and equipment provided and equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snow, and changing Montana weather
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including shoveling snow for extended periods
• Ability to safely use snow blowers and other snow-removal equipment
• Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when snow events require it
• Dependable attendance and communication
• Previous snow removal or outdoor work experience is helpful but not required

Bozeman Site Services is hiring dependable Snow Shovel Crew Members for the upcoming winter season.

You'll be part of our snow operations team, helping keep sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other pedestrian areas safe and accessible throughout the Bozeman area.

WHAT THIS JOB IS LIKE

Snow removal isn't a Monday-through-Friday, 8-to-5 job. Our schedule follows the weather.

When a storm hits, you may work early mornings, overnight, weekends, or holidays. Snow operations are weather-driven, so schedules and hours will vary throughout the season.

You'll work as part of a snow crew clearing sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other assigned areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other snow-removal equipment.

Seasonal Snow Shovel Crew Members are hired specifically for snow operations and are not eligible for non-snow landscape work between snow events.
