Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Seasonal Snow Removal Worker to clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots to keep the community safe.

You will operate shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment, apply de-icing materials, and ensure areas are free of snow promptly while maintaining equipment and coordinating with team members. This position requires working in cold conditions, being on-call 24/7 during winter, and collaborating with a team to complete tasks

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in cold weather.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Snow removal experience is a plus but not required.
• On-call availability 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment.
• Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup.
• Ensure all assigned areas are free of snow and ice in a timely manner.
• Maintain and care for snow removal equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
