Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Snow Removal Worker to clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots in Ohio. You’ll operate shovels and snow blowers, apply de-icers, and maintain equipment. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts is required to keep our community safe during winter.

Direct deposit pay is issued within 48 hours of completing your shift, and safety is a top priority in every job we take on this season.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in cold and inclement weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience with snow removal equipment is a plus but not required.
• Able to be on call 24/7

Responsibilities

• Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment.
• Apply salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup.
• Ensure all assigned areas are free of snow and ice in a timely manner.
• Maintain and care for snow removal equipment.
• Communicate effective with team members and supervisors.
