Job summary

Exscape Group of Cleveland is seeking dependable individuals to join our Seasonal Snow Removal Crew for the winter season. You will help keep commercial properties safe by clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, entrances, walkways, and other designated areas.

This is a seasonal, on-call position December through February. Work is assigned as snow events occur; hours are not guaranteed. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior snow removal, landscaping, construction, or outdoor work experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work flexible, on-call hours throughout the winter season.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snow, wind, and icy conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull snow-removal tools and materials.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, steps, and designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other assigned equipment.
• Apply salt, ice melt, and other de-icing materials as directed.
• Assist with snow removal around commercial properties while working safely near buildings, vehicles, pedestrians, and equipment.
• Follow property-specific instructions and snow response plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues to a supervisor.
• Complete required time sheets and service documentation accurately.
• Remain dependable and available for on-call shifts during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
