Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Snow Shoveler for Robinwood properties in Minnesota. The role is seasonal and requires you to remove snow and ice using a shovel or snow blower, and to spread salt or sand as needed to keep walkways safe.

You must have a smartphone for work apps, be able to travel to sites, and maintain reliable attendance. Prior snow/ice removal experience is preferred, and basic English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Smartphone required for work apps (connectivity essential).
• Prior snow and ice removal experience preferred.
• Must be able to verbally communicate in English.
• Able to operate snow removal equipment (shovel, snow blower, ice chopper).
• Prompt and regular attendance required.
• Travel to various sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow accumulation using a shovel or snow blower.
• Remove and prevent ice build-up on walkways and steps.
• Be available during snow events to keep areas clear.
• Place removed snow in appropriate locations without obstructing access.
• Follow safety standards and report hazards.
• Refer resident requests to management as appropriate.
• Provide courteous communication with residents and team members.
• Early morning, evening, and weekend work may be required.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and request reorders as needed.
• Follow OSHA and company safety rules.
