Qualifications

• Provide smartphone with acceptable connectivity to run work-related apps.
• Prior snow and ice removal experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally.
• Must operate snow removal equipment (shovel, snow blower, ice chopper).
• Prompt and regular attendance required.
• Travel to various sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow accumulation using a shovel or snow blower for several hours as needed.
• Remove and prevent ice build-up on walkways and exterior stairs using salt, sand, or ice chopper.
• Be available each time it snows to clear walkways and stairs.
• Place removed snow in appropriate locations, not on trees, hydrants, etc.
• Follow safety standards and report hazards.
• Assist residents with requests and provide courteous service.
• May require early morning, evening, and weekend work.
• May help maintain cleaning supplies and request re-orders.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
