T&K Asphalt Services, Inc. is seeking dependable Snow Shovelers to support its winter snow and ice management operations.

This seasonal part-time, on-call role involves manually removing snow and ice from walkways, entrances, and loading areas at customer properties, often during overnight or weekend hours. Candidates should be reliable, physically capable, and safety-conscious, with the ability to work outdoors in cold weather and respond to weather-related call-ins as needed.

Qualifications

• Dependable and safety-conscious Snow Shovelers needed for winter snow and ice management.
• Manual snow/ice removal with hand tools in outdoor winter conditions.
• Must be able to work overnight, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move snow removal tools and materials.
• Commitment to safety procedures and proper PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Manually remove snow and ice from sidewalks, entrances, stairs, and loading areas.
• Use snow shovels, ice scrapers, pushers, brooms safely and effectively.
• Apply salt, ice melt, sand, or other deicing materials as directed.
• Break up and remove packed snow and ice from pedestrian areas.
• Assist with maintaining safe pedestrian access during snow events.
• Follow supervisor directions and prioritize assigned properties.
• Work efficiently as part of a snow removal crew and assist coworkers.
• Inspect areas and report hazards or equipment issues.
