Job summary

CurbSide Outdoor Services is seeking reliable Snow Equipment Operators to join our winter snow removal team in Minnesota. You will operate skid steers, loaders, tractors and other equipment to plow, stack, haul, and manage ice across commercial and residential properties during the winter season.

This role requires on-call availability for extended snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. CDL is preferred for some positions, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating snow removal or heavy equipment preferred.
• Able to operate equipment in winter conditions safely.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL is preferred for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment including skid steers, loaders, tractors, and other winter equipment.
• Perform snow plowing, stacking, hauling, and ice management.
• Safely navigate parking lots, driveways, roads, and other properties during winter weather.
• Complete pre- and post-shift equipment inspections.
• Report equipment issues, property damage, or safety concerns to management.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Communicate with supervisors and team during snow events.
• Maintain a professional and dependable attitude during shifts.
