Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Las Vegas is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer consultations, product demonstrations, and brand education. You will drive sales while maintaining store visuals, stock, and in-store events, and you will contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

• Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values including our stance on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
• Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and diving deep into all things Lush.
• Development: Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance, support the growth of your team, and increase sales.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members’ perspectives related to DEIB.
• Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present at work.
