Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America in Charlotte seeks Seasonal Ambassadors to provide exceptional customer consultations, product demonstrations, and sales support. You will help create a fun, inclusive shop environment, share brand values, and continuously deepen product knowledge to guide customer choices.

As a member of the team, you’ll drive sales, participate in store initiatives, and ensure clean visuals and standards to delight shoppers and build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by using StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences by listening to needs and demonstrating product benefits.
• Educate customers on Lush values such as our stances on animal testing, fresh cosmetics, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging.
• Continually expand product knowledge to confidently recommend products.
• Develop sales techniques and product knowledge to support team growth and development.
• Foster DEIB through open communication and valuing diverse perspectives within the team.
• Be punctual, reliable, and present; participate in teamwork and stay up-to-date with store news and updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience.
• Utilise Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust displays based on sales.
• Follow opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety policies.
