Job summary

Granby Ranch is seeking Ski & Ride School instructors to provide safe, educational lessons using PSIA/AASI methods. You will adapt to each guest's abilities, aiming to build confidence and lifelong enjoyment of snow sports.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, ensuring guest safety, and collaborating with staff to maintain a high-quality guest experience on and off the snow.

Qualifications

• Must be able to ski or snowboard at a double black diamond level.
• Strong communication skills and courteous interaction with staff and guests.
• Knowledge of PSIA/AASI teaching methods.
• Maintain positive attitude when communicating with guests, students, and staff.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest and employee safety by following Ski & Ride School standards.
• Teach skiing and/or snowboarding using PSIA/AASI methods.
• Assess each guest's ability, confidence, and learning style for individualized instruction.
• Determine readiness to progress to new skills or terrain.
• Maintain proficiency and demonstrate techniques for high-quality instruction.
