Job summary

Sugarbush Resort is seeking Rental/Repair Technicians for the upcoming winter season. This seasonal role offers full‑time or part‑time work with a pay range of $18-$19 per hour. You will work in a busy shop, greet guests, and help them select rental and repair options for skis and snowboards.

Responsibilities include repairing and tuning equipment to safety standards, learning tuning techniques, and communicating with guests and teammates to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with skis, snowboards, and boots preferred; mechanical skills are desirable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to operate all shop machinery and tools or be willing to learn.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderately sized loads.

Responsibilities

• Repair and tune guest and rental equipment to optimum performance with safety in mind.
• Develop knowledge of tuning equipment and repair techniques.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and guests.
