Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Seasonal Rental Associate to help guests find the right rental gear, explain safety features, and ensure smooth check-out. You’ll assist with fitting, provide product guidance, and maintain equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and employees.
• Greet and assist guests upon entry to the store.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Assess guest needs through effective questioning.
• Assist in sizing and selecting appropriate equipment.
• Explain rental equipment operation and safety features.
• Utilize RTP POS system proficiently.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage and completeness.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and equipment storage standards.
• Maintain binding certification and adjust bindings as required.
• Ensure accurate completion of rental contracts.
