Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a忙 store setting. You will help customers with product information, promotions, and fitting recommendations while upholding brand standards.

The role requires flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays, with an emphasis on greeting customers, maintaining merchandising, and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer.
• Maintain outstanding standards in every aspect of customer service.
• Possess an understanding of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.

• Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
