Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist in Dallas to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and assist with merchandising and store operations to maintain a polished shopping environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. An employee discount program and additional perks are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
