Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist in Arlington, VA to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, learn product information, and support store operations while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires flexibility across day, evening, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on building a client base and promoting promotions. Prior retail experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
