Job summary

Montana Supply is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate in Big Sky, MT. This hands-on role handles incoming deliveries, inventory processing, and eCommerce orders to keep the sales floor stocked and operations running smoothly.

You'll collaborate with Shipping & Receiving, Merchandising, and Sales teams, maintain organized backstock, and uphold labeling and inventory standards. This temporary, part-time hourly position offers hands-on experience in a small, customer-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, stockroom, or related retail operations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and follow-through.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
• Experience with Lightspeed Retail or inventory systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process deliveries and inventory according to standards.
• Restock and organize backstock and keep stockroom clean and labeled.
• Prepare orders for eCommerce shipments and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Shipping & Receiving, Merchandising, and Sales teams.
