Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America is seeking a part-time merchandising associate to stock and rotate products in large-volume stores across New Jersey. The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, setting up displays, and transferring goods from backrooms to sales floors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a car or personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift 20–45 lb cases as part of merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves; transport items to shelves.
• Use equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and U Boats to move products.
• Maintain neat back room stock and communicate store issues to management.
• Deliver strong customer service and build relationships at the store level.
• Adhere to company procedures and schedules with regular attendance.
