Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America in Mays Landing, NJ is hiring a part-time seasonal Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays and move items to the sales floor. The role is labor intensive and includes lifting 20–45 lb cases, bending and reaching while merchandising and rotating stock.

You will interact with store staff, follow procedures, and maintain neat back rooms and displays. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, route).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service including communication and attentiveness.
