Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a store merchandising associate to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume stores. This role involves lifting cases weighing up to 45 pounds and operating equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks. You will work with store personnel to ensure timely merchandising and display maintenance.

Experience in retail or grocery environments is helpful. A valid driver’s license and personal transportation are required to access multiple store locations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks)
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated route)
• Service accounts during designated times established by management
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs
• Operate with minimal supervision
• Use handheld devices to input orders
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
