Job summary

The Michaels Companies in San Luis Obispo is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers, run the register, unload trucks, stock merchandise, and help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will support framing sales and production and participate in omni-channel processes while delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will adhere to SOPs, promote rewards programs, and work across varied shifts, including nights and weekends, in a climate-controlled retail

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn framing sales and production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in-store.
• Operate the register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Restock shelves, complete truck unloading, and manage planograms.
• Support BOPIS/SFS processes and frame shop duties as needed.
