Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Fresno, CA is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member for the Fresno-7400 N Blackstone Ave store. You will help customers, ring up sales, stock merchandise, and support truck unloads while maintaining in-stock shelves.

This part‑time role requires standing for long periods, working nights/weekends/early mornings, and adherence to SOPs. The position offers a base pay range of $16.90–$19.70 per hour and opportunities to engage in Omni channel tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they need.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist unloading trucks, stocking and maintaining planograms; support store recovery.
• Participate in omnichannel tasks (BOPIS, Ship From Store) and enroll Rewards/Private Label.
• Support shrink, safety programs and follow SOPs.
