Job summary

Manor Vail Lodge in Vail, CO is seeking FT/PT seasonal servers to deliver attentive dining room service in the Fitz Bar and Ridge + River Restaurant. The role involves presenting menus, taking and relaying orders, garnishing dishes, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Experience is preferred and candidates may obtain the TIPS certification. Benefits include Colorado sick/leave, parking, holiday pay, and retirement via a company match after 90 days. Position start by September 25, 2026.

Qualifications

• Server experience preferred and able to obtain the TIPS or local responsible alcohol awareness certificate.

Responsibilities

• Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Garnishes and decorates dishes preparatory to serving.
• Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
• Totals bill and accepts payment.
• Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
