Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Servers for Detroit Hockeytown Restaurant in Detroit, Michigan. As a Server you will greet guests, take orders, serve, and ensure a smooth guest experience in a high-volume environment.

This is a tipped position with weekly pay and a benefits package. Candidates should have cash handling experience and prior POS familiarity; no high school diploma required. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and credit card processing experience required.
• At least 1 year of server experience in a high-volume setting preferred.
• POS system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide menus, communicate specials, take orders, serve and attend to guests throughout the visit.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system for kitchen and bar preparation.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and verify identification as required.
• Prepare and deliver checks and process payments.
