Columbia Hospitality is seeking a friendly Server/Bartender for seasonal work at Hotel Zoso in Palm Springs. You will welcome guests, take orders, mix cocktails, and serve food with hospitality and accuracy.

You will maintain menu knowledge, handle payments, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. 21+ required, with benefits and growth opportunities at Columbia Hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of serving or bartending experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and cocktails.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system and process payments.
• Must be at least 21 years old and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and specials.
• Enter orders accurately and communicate dietary needs to the team.
• Ensure beverages and food are presented attractively and served timely.
• Handle transactions and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Monitor alcohol service per safety rules and identify intoxication cues.
• Assist with setup, stocking, and closing duties; keep areas clean.
