Job summary

Hotel Zoso in Palm Springs, operated by Columbia Hospitality, is seeking team members to support food and beverage operations. The role involves assisting servers, transporting and delivering orders, and maintaining clean, organized dining and bar areas.

Applicants should have prior food service or customer service experience. Riverside County Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications are required or company-funded if not current.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred.
• Riverside County Food Handler Certificate required upon hire; company will cover fee and provide paid time to complete training.
• Current Responsible Alcohol Service certification required for duties involving alcohol; company will cover fee and provide paid time to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Supports servers, bartenders, and managers to keep food and beverage operations running smoothly.
• Transports food from kitchen to dining area safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Checks orders against tickets and confirms mods before delivery.
• Delivers food and beverages promptly with attractive presentation.
• Clears dishes and glassware; resets tables between guest visits.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in dining areas, bar, and service stations.
• Assists with banquet setup and opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Communicates guest requests and dietary needs to the team promptly.
