Job summary

Manor Vail Lodge in Vail, CO is seeking a server for the Fitz Bar and Ridge + River Restaurant. The ideal candidate will present menus, take and relay orders, and provide attentive, elevated service in a full‑service condo/hotel setting.

Shifts include daytime and evening hours; the position is seasonal with plans to fill by October 30, 2026. Experience preferred; health and retirement benefits and parking are among available perks.

Qualifications

• Server experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain TIPS or local alcohol awareness certificate.

Responsibilities

• Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Garnishes and decorates dishes preparatory to serving.
• Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
• Totals bill and accepts payment.
• Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
