Job summary

Fiddlers Creek, located in Naples, FL, is seeking a full-time, seasonal Server Assistant (Busser/Food Runner) to join Troon’s hospitality team. The role focuses on delivering prompt, attentive service and supporting the dining team to ensure a memorable guest experience.

You will assist servers, set and reset tables, deliver food, manage side work, stock stations, and help with banquets. The position requires flexibility for weekends/holidays and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Refill water, bread, and other complimentary items.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to servers or managers.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Set and reset tables according to club or restaurant standards.
• Clear and clean tables efficiently between courses and after guests depart.
• Polish silverware, glassware, and service equipment.
• Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout service.
• Deliver food accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests.
• Verify plate presentation and ensure correct orders are served.
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties.
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies.
• Transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to designated cleaning areas.
• Support banquet and special event setups as required.
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and culinary staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Maintain knowledge of club policies and service procedures.
• Assist in training new team members when requested.
