Job summary

The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa in Denver is seeking a Seasonal Server Assistant to join our hospitality team. You will ensure hot, timely service, clear tables, assist the bar, and help with ice and glass rotation. Strong guest focus and teamwork are essential.

• This is a seasonal server role with physical requirements and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Guests
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining area and serving stations
• Bussing dining room tables
• Responding to guests' requests and informing management of any complaints
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Ensuring the timely delivery of food items
• Ensuring the server station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies
• Must be self-motivated and willing to assist wherever needed.
