Qualifications

• 1 year recent related work experience.
• Excellent verifiable work references with attendance record.
• Experience in agriculture, landscaping, or nursery operations helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to be highly productive in repetitious work.

Responsibilities

• General conifer nursery production activities: packing, sowing, weeding, thinning, transplanting.
• Grade and cull seedlings based on customer specs.
• Palletize boxes, label and band pallets for storage/shipment.
• Quality control of sown conifer seeds.
• Meet production standards and pace.
• General nursery cleanup duties daily.
• Work is physical and repetitious in nature.
• Outdoor and warehouse/greenhouse environments with cold and hot conditions.
• Seasonal, October–January or October–June; Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours with some Saturdays.
• Tobacco and drug-free workplace.
