The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Magnificent Mile is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Security Officer to join our Security team.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of security experience, open availability, and is dependable in maintaining the safety and security of the building and all inside it.

What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, your responsibilities include ensuring the safety of guests and team members, and the security of the hotel and property, in line with our commitment to outstanding guest service and financial performance. Specific duties include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety and security risks and undesirable conditions.
• Responding to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property.
• Promoting safe work practices.
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
• Writing reports and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
