Securitas USA is seeking a Seasonal Security Officer for full-time and part-time options. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to keep people and assets safe. Wage is $20.00 per hour with benefits and weekly pay available.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently with excellent customer service. Pre-employment screening is required.

• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits of the Warehouse.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Wage:$20.00/Hour

Available Schedules:

• Tuesday - Saturday 6-2, 2-10, 10-6
• Sunday & Monday 6-2, 2-10, 10-6

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
