Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Security team member to greet guests, uphold five-diamond service, and protect property. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will know outlet activities, assist with events, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining a calm, courteous demeanor.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Two years Security experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
