Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to learn screen printing processes and safety procedures.
• Reliable team member who can follow instructions and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and help maintain automatic screen-printing presses.
• Load and unload apparel to keep production moving.
• Check print placement, alignment, color, and overall quality.
• Mix and handle inks and coatings according to job instructions.
• Clean screens, squeegees, equipment, and work areas between jobs.
• Report printing or equipment issues and help the team solve problems.
• Follow safety procedures and support daily production goals.
