Job summary

C.C. Creations in Bryan, TX is seeking a Seasonal Production Utility Team Member to help turn designs into high‑quality screen-printed apparel and keep orders moving safely and efficiently. No prior screen-printing experience is required—we will teach you.

You should be dependable, able to stand for long periods, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Shifts run 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Screen-printing experience welcomed but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to learn screen printing and production processes.
• Shift and schedule flexibility in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and help maintain automatic screen-printing presses.
• Load and unload apparel to keep production moving.
• Check print placement, alignment, color, and overall quality.
• Mix and handle inks and coatings according to job instructions.
• Clean screens, squeegees, equipment, and work areas between jobs.
• Report printing or equipment issues and help the team solve problems.
• Follow safety procedures and support daily production goals.

What You’ll Do
