Responsibilities

• Read scenic drafting/drawings to construct scenery for theatre productions.
• Operate power tools and hand tools required for construction and painting.
• Organize the process of constructing and installing scenic elements.
• Execute painting techniques like wood graining, faux finishes, and texture work.
• Instruct students assisting in construction/painting of set pieces.
• Disassemble set during show strike and support cross-department coordination.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure aesthetic and safe functioning of the set.
