Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Arizona Mills to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical holiday moments on our Santa photo sets, delivering warm guest service from start to finish.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the organization, with same-day pay options and a fast-paced, festive environment that values safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
