Job summary

The Paper Store is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates in Augusta, ME, to deliver world-class service and achieve sales goals. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and demonstrate product knowledge while processing transactions at the POS.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, recovering the floor, and maintaining merchandising standards. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Process transactions at the POS and maintain accuracy in ringing up customers.
• Stock shelves, recover the sales floor, and keep store clean and organized.
• Support promotions and merchandising per company guidelines.
