Job summary

The Paper Store, Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to deliver world class service in a fast-paced retail environment in Rochester, NH. You will greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and explain product features while processing transactions at the POS.

You will stock shelves, maintain merchandising standards, and participate in store cleanliness and recovery. Prior specialty retail experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
• Professional conduct and attire per dress code.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and delivering world class service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions and explain product features.
• Suggest additional items to build on sales using effective selling techniques.
• Maintain store merchandising, stock shelves, and process POS transactions.
• Keep the store clean and organized, assist with training and development as required.
