Kirkland's Home in Matthews, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience and support operations, merchandising, and cashiering with direction from management. You will engage customers, promote promotions and loyalty programs, maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom, assist with floorsets, and ensure friendly service throughout shifts.

This role requires weekend availability and the ability to stand, move merchandise, and interact with customers
