Job summary

Coastal Farm is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Oregon for a 120-day assignment. You will maintain customer service standards, drive sales, and assist with housekeeping, signing, and POS operations to prevent loss while following store policies.

Key duties include greeting customers, answering questions, stocking and merchandising, and cooperating with team members. Candidates should communicate effectively and be comfortable with standard retail tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email.
• Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help customers find products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Coastal Farm products and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Follow daily cleaning routines and department upkeep.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Respond to radio communications and coordinate with associates.
