Job summary

Belk is hiring for Seasonal team members across multiple roles including Sales, Support, Fragrances, and Store Fulfillment. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, process transactions, and assist with curbside pickup and merchandising while maintaining a welcoming and organized store. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology including Windows-based devices.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism.
• Support store operations such as store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, and merchandising.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, policies, and events to deliver accurate information.
• Build positive store culture by collaborating with teammates and sharing knowledge.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
