Job summary

Belk is hiring for multiple roles across sales, support, fragrances, and store fulfillment. Seasonal team members will help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You will greet customers, process transactions, assist with curbside pickup and merchandising, and maintain clean, well-presented selling areas. A flexible schedule, teamwork, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives.
• Ability to greet, engage, and assist customers with warmth and personalized service.
• Comfortable using technology and handling transactions on tablets and smartphones.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to move around store areas and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
