Belk is hiring for multiple positions across Full-time, Part-time and Flexible schedules in a retail environment. You will greet customers, assist with transactions, and support store operations to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to greet and assist customers warmly and professionally.
• Capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn about products and store policies and share with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform stocking/merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Assist with store operations such as inventory, restocking, and merchandising.
• Support curbside pickup and promotional set preparation as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized selling areas and signage to enhance shopping experience.

• Stay informed about products, promotions, and store events to assist customers accurately.
• Follow asset protection and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
